Political Philosophy

Identity Politics is fundamentally lacking.

AndrewGarfield@AndrewGarfield·Social Justice Smurf

I fight. I fight for JUSTICE. You know what's unjust? Every day schollars have debates on the identity politics of the black, the white, the straight, the queer, the cis, the trans, the neurotypical, the neurodivergent. But you know what they don't address? Smurfs. For years, the struggles of smurfs have gone unspoken in political circles. Visionary works like The Smurfs comic strip, which depicted Gargamel as a metaphor for the persecution of the smurf people by Christian Apocryphics, are talked about like childrens' shows. And it's not just Smurfs, too, blue people, those with antennae and the catboy populous are denied basic rights. I know already, for your forwardness you have deserved rewards and crowns; and We do assure you on a word of a prince, they shall be duly paid. In the mean time, my lieutenant general shall be in my stead, than whom never prince commanded a more noble or worthy subject; not doubting but by your obedience to my general, by your concord in the camp, and your valour in the field, we shall shortly have a famous victory over these enemies of my God, of my kingdom, and of my people.
